    Supposed to be completely self-sustain:

    • solar panels generate sufficient eletrical power
    • rain water collecting, all plumbing gravity-fed (without pumps)
    • organic waste is composted under the house
    • automated and monitored by array of sensors and controllable by a computer (like a laptop)
