2/3 Days Hike: Olivone - Biasca

A few warm days opened the opportunity to complete the valley I was hiking a couple a years ago crossing through Olivone, this time just hiking from there down to Biasca. Spring hasn't arrived yet, a few trees are blooming, a few flowers as well, but most trees in the forest still lack leaves, rather brown scenery.

Taking the train to Biasca, and from there the bus to Olivone, seeing the route I'm going to hike back kind of. Around 11:00 departure from Olivone, which is the first village after Lukmanier pass reaching into Graubuenden, so I hike the lower part of it. As I descend from 900m to ~450m elevation and the sun coming out, eventually in the afternoon well over 20°C, yet, as soon the sun set dropping to 10-12°C. Around 16:00 I pitch my tent after Dongio nearing Motto village, yet on the right-hand side of the river Brenno, with early shade.

After best sleep for quite some time, sleeping from 19:00 well to 10:00 in the morning, so I leave quite late in the morning and reaching Ludiano and I decide to rather find a nice spot before Biasca than reaching it and have to hike through industrial region until getting to a nice spot again. So, a very brief leg today of a hike, just about 3 hrs hike and near the river again, very close by, I find a nice spot again.

Good sleep again, but more chilly morning than yesterday, 3-5°C at least, and the sky dims with overcast clouds - so I decide not to continue another day but end the hike earlier, ~11:00 at Biasca train station, and taking the train back to Zug.
